Head hunting
We operate in the belief that the head-hunting is a very delicate method by its nature, to be carried out in absolute confidentiality.
We do not adhere, by our general rule, to any trade association, except for the mandatory registration, in Italy, in the National Register of Personnel Search & Selection Agencies.
DVG Solving is authorized by the Ministry of Labor (protocol n.5743 / 2007) to carry out search and selection of personnel on the entire ITALIAN TERRITORY. It is specified that companies authorized at REGIONAL level can operate only in the region in which they are authorized.
The profiles sought through the head hunting are managers, executives and board members of both profit and third sector companies.
Search and selection
In search and selection we combine our consolidated experience of head hunting with the last minute needs of our customers. We search for specialized technicians, staff and employees.

Intensive recruiting (for optimizing high volume hirings especially for new openings)
We carry out search and selection assignments (also through assessment) for new openings in shopping centers, logistics centers, production facilities and / or services dedicated to infrastructures.
We use an assessment methodology based on individual and group tests: cutoff scores can be established to filter out job candidates who did not score high enough on particular position requirements. Intensive recruitings are directly managed by the founder of DVG Solving, who has directed and completed numerous recruitments for new openings of large retailers (Panorama Hypermarkets, PAM Supermarkets, Brek Restaurants, Autogrill), for new production facilities (Italcementi), and which has consolidated the necessary skills for this type of job especially as a director in the oldest Italian recruiting company.
In the universe of recruiting companies specialized in large numbers, DVG Solving stands out for its multidisciplinary approach, which gives greater results and durability over time.
To the assessment techniques used, DVG Solving combines graphological analysis, which is the most predictive test of the candidates’ orientations and performances.

General Management Skills Development Program (developed by DVG Solving)
The General Management Skills Development Program developed by DVG Solving fosters the growth of the skills necessary to manage economic resources, technical resources and human resources with efficiency and effectiveness in all organizational contexts.
It is not a sort of “something more that helps”, but a transmission of knowledge and skills that managers must possess.
The Development Program provides a high degree of flexibility: it’s divided into 3-hour sessions including a short break. This articulation allows the students to plan the program according to their own economic and temporal resources. For individual advice DVG Solving is authorized to accept payments also through the Satispay circuit.
Corporate reorganisation and development (even third sector)
On objectives agreed upon with the board, DVG Solving directly carries out the reorganisation of the company both in case of turnaround management and company restructuring. Dedicated teams are specialized in profit and non-profit sectors.
Graphological appraisals
Human behavior is highly predictable.
